    - It felt kind of weird accepting money from strangers, but I could see that they were so eager to help.

Really now? Looks to me like this is the best thing thats ever happened to this fella. He's been camped out here for more than a week enjoying the largesse of the town. Having his bike stolen has been the greatest paid vacation I've ever heard of. And apparently its to continue into next week.........

Maybe its just me of course, but aren't there lots of our neighbours and friends
    - locals - who need our kindness more?

At least in my huge baloney opinion.

Perhaps the thief discovered that stolen bikes donot translate into easy drugs.

bob went out to see Nova Scotia. That is it period. The recession here in America is taking jobs left & right. Last fall I met Bob at Harmony Parking Lot Association first meeting. I suspose that gentleman who very first thing to think negative about would be drugs, well ya'll come visit Harmony and see why it needed an association, that Bob near did solo in winter. hi is against, litter, cig butts, violence, crime/drugs, and just plain rude behavior. Hmmm there are 3 of you in Amherst with just plain rude behavior and you know who you are.
